If you are looking to recruit an apprentice or develop your workforce through Apprenticeship training, we are here to help! Apprenticeships are a cost-effective, highly accessible and affordable way of upskilling your workforce. Our programmes are developed with employers in mind and with the help of industry experts each programme and pathway has been created to match the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to succeed across different job roles and sectors.

Apprenticeships combine real on the job training with new learning and applying new knowledge and skills from coaching and support from industry specialists giving your employees the foundation knowledge and first-hand experience to build their skills, whether they are existing members of staff or new employees to the team. As part of the Apprenticeship services, we provide our employers with a complimentary recruitment service to help find the best candidates for the job. We will advertise your vacancy, screen applicants and pre-interview potential candidates to ensure you only interview suitable people for your specific role. Whether your organisation is an SME or a large Apprenticeship Levy payer, we can help you build and introduce great apprenticeship programmes, maximising the benefits of your Apprenticeship Levy funding or supporting SME’s benefits from the rewards apprentices bring to the workplace! We want to help provide a new vision for your future and would love to talk to you about how we can help. Simply fill out a few details on the form below and one of our Apprenticeship experts will get in touch. The Government have extended the £3000 ‘Hire an Apprentice’ incentive from 1st October 2021!
